Cooma Golf Club is in the ACT Monaro District Golf region. It is 5km from Cooma, along the Snowy Mountain Highway and Dry Plains Road. The course is set in lightly treed, well grassed rolling fairways with bent grass greens. A creek and small lake come into play and there are five bunkers in the back nine. From all around the course and from the clubhouse are magnificent views over the rolling plains of the Monaro and out to the mountains. This is an 18 hole par 72 golf course, just under 6000 meters in length for men and 5400 meters with par 73 for ladies.

Annual tournaments in February, September & November.
Cooma Golf Club clubhouse is mainly open on weekends and Wednesdays. Visitor green fees $20.
Cooma Golf Club was officially opened in September 1903. The club was modelled on Royal Sydney, its views and constitution being taken from that club. Read more at Cooma Golf Club website link above.
